Animals that have been Found
If you have found an animal, please follow the steps below:-
- Ring the 24hr National RSPCA helpline on 0300 1234 999 - whether sick, injured or in good health.
- Stray Dogs - call your Local Authority Dog Warden; it is their responsibility now.
- Contact local vets.
- Ring local animal Charities such as ourselves.
- Distribute posters in your local area, including shop windows
- Ring your local radio station
- Place an advert in local papers.
- List the Animal on the National Pet Register.
- Refer to our National Website for a list of further contacts.
If the original owners contact you and claim the animal, please remember to tell those that may still be looking.
